So wie du die Stufen einer Treppe hinaufgehst, so kannst du dich zu jeder Zeit im Leben vorw\u00e4rts und aufw\u00e4rts bewegen. Manchmal schnell und einfach. Manchmal brauchst du vielleicht Zeit, Geduld und Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/em>

Manchmal w\u00fcnschst du dir vielleicht, bei dem unterst\u00fctzt zu werden, was dich besch\u00e4ftigt: Ziele, Tr\u00e4ume und Sorgen. Dein Thema liegt in deinen H\u00e4nden und du hast die Verantwortung daf\u00fcr. Aber ich kann dich darin unterst\u00fctzen, dein Ziel oder einen einen Teil deines Ziel zu erreichen, indem ich deine aktive Zuh\u00f6rerin bin und dir Fragen stelle, die deine Perspektive ver\u00e4ndern. Au\u00dferdem kann ich dir Methoden und Werkzeuge vorstellen, die dir die M\u00f6glichkeit geben, dein Anliegen in einem anderen Licht zu betrachten, dich inspirieren und dich neue Ideen und L\u00f6sungen finden lassen k\u00f6nnen.
Die Techniken und Methoden, die ich nutze, kommen aus dem systemischen Coaching.

Ziele, Anliegen oder Fragen meiner Klienten waren zum Beispiel:
-eine Entscheidung f\u00fcr oder gegen eine angebotene Arbeitsstelle zu treffen
-einen Konflikt mit einem Kollegen auf der Arbeit
-mehr soziale Kontakte zu haben
-Mut und Selbstbewusstsein
-von der eigenen Arbeit und Begabung leben k\u00f6nnen

Ein Perspektivwechsel kann bereits sehr viel ver\u00e4ndern und dich f\u00fcr weitere m\u00f6gliche Schritten inspirieren.
