About

Sprich mit [ʃprɪç’mɪt] means Join the talk.

This is my aim: to make you communicate in German, participate in talks, understand cultural background for your daily and working life in Germany and – to make you feel more at home.

My name is Martina and I support you in having a good daily and working life in Germany by enabling you to speak German language. In my individual courses you will learn the language skills you need for expressing what you want as we will thoroughly check your goals, needs and interests and work on them in the most effective and also enjoyable way. In the last years I enjoyed working with professionals in companies and online from different parts of the world. Each of them had different goals and wishes for their German language and you can read about some of these on the feedback site.

Being curious about topics like encouragement and motivation, I took part in a course in “Sprachcoaching” by IQ Netzwerk that combined German language learning for the job and with coaching approaches. My interest in coaching grew and participated in studies for Personal and Business Coach by Institut für Lernsysteme. Studying and practicing coaching tools and techniques made me more aware and I became able to support my course participants in their process of learning in a better way.

Besides, I’m fascinated by e-learning opportunities and technology, didactics, learning German with the news and interviewing people new to Germany.

You can talk to me in English, French, not too quickly spoken Spanish and Portuguese and in rather simple Japanese. I spent part of my life in France, Portugal and Japan.

As you can see, I am a language learner, too. I know the process and I know how it feels to search for words when trying to express what I want, how to be insecure or not motivated. But also how to get on again and how to bring my language skills to the next level.

What would you like to learn or improve? What is your goal? What’s the best way for you to learn a foreign language?
When designing a plan for our work, this will be 100 % tailor-made. The closer to and the more useful for your real life, the better. The study material we use is often designed by myself, but sometimes I use material from study books, newspaper, magazines, the radio and TV and of course the internet.

Please contact me at martina@sprich-mit.com. I am looking forward to meeting you.
